Gold Series

The process of creating one of my Gold Series paintings is a multi-layered journey that begins with the careful selection of materials and a vision in mind. I start by prepping my canvas to then carve and sculpt the images onto the canvas. This tactile approach adds depth and texture, transforming a two-dimensional surface into a three-dimensional world of forms.

Once the sculpting is complete, I introduce gold leaf and opalescent paints. These materials bring a sense of enchantment to the artwork, illuminating it with a captivating play of light and color.
